Use this free tool to automatically add HTML links to any reference to a California Code or Bill. By default, all references will be linked. However, if you wish, you may choose to only link the unique references.

Before retrieving the text, please check all the added links in Preview mode. In particular, check that the chosen session year is correct. You may also add additional links in Preview mode.
